Motorcycle rims for a custom job, after sandblasting (L), and after powder coating (R).

These motorcycle parts were sandblasted to remove the oils and existing paint , then
washed with iron phosphate and cleaner. (The iron phosphate is used to etch the base
material for excellent adhesion properties.) They were dried and powder coated and
baked at 400º degrees for 30 minutes (R).

These custom 14-inch tall letters were
powder coated for Wheelhouse, Inc. for
use in an outside display with a giant tire!
